anyone know where a guy can get some cool (fancy looking) wood grips for my .380 ? I live in Salt Lake City , Utah .:)

Eagle Bersa has grips for the 380.
If you can't find what you want or if you want something custom give this guy a call.
He normally makes rifle stocks, grips, & other wood furniture but if you talk to him he may make something special.

Another vote here for Marschal Grips.
I was just looking at esmeralda's grips and she makes some nice looking grips, so I showed them to the wife thinking she would like a set (for Christmas) and she says they are pretty buy she really wants rubber grips for her .380 (banging head) so back to the drawing board I guess. I really thought she would be drooling over these grips, women go figure.
I have two pair for sale that I bought from Eagle Imports. Too thick for my liking.
