I am looking to add some additional magazines to my firestorm mini .40. I have not been able to find any online.

Just an FYI in case you didn't already know this, but the Bersa Thunder 40 Ultra Compact magazine and the FireStorm Mini 40 magazine are one and the same (P/N THUN40UCMMAG). Or at least I assume they are. I own both mags and know 1st-hand that they look the same (except one says "FireStorm" and one says "Bersa"), and that the UC mag fits in the Mini, but I've never actually tried shooting the FireStorm with the UC mag. Something to add to my "to do" list, I suppose.I am looking to add some additional magazines to my firestorm mini .40. I have not been able to find any online.

With that in mind, Talon Distributing (the new distributors for Bersa) has the Thunder 40 UC magazines listed as "available on backorder", and the "Add To Cart" button is not disabled. I assume this means they'll be getting a new batch in soon and are taking orders!!!That would be a welcome, long overdue relief. Thunder 40 Ultra Compact -10 Round Magazine - Talon Distributing
Also be sure to contact American Arsenal & Armory: [email protected]. They'll know what's what. In fact, do that first.
I'd also say to keep an eye on ebay, but I wouldn't be doing you any favors by doing so. As a general rule, the sellers there try to gouge you (e.g. asking $80 for a used Thunder 9 UC magazine). Still, if money is no object or you're really desperate for a magazine, and you're patient and willing to wait, I've seen .40 mags pop up on rare occasions (9mm & .45 are much more common).
Good luck,
John
You're preaching to the choir, brother!Money is always an object for me,
I can only speak for my own experience with the FireStorm Mini 40, but I'm pretty sure you'll be happy with yours... except for, as you say, lack of accessories. Give it a good cleaning and go have some fun!I am hoping (although not new and accessories are hard to come by),the firestorm is as good as advertised (reviews etc).
