With my cell phone always at my side, I see no need to wear something else to check the time. I do wear a "El Cheepo" digital watch for when I am flying, which still has a working battery from when I was dutifully employed in law enforcement.
None, I use the cell phone to tell time. The cell phone has replaced the camera, video camera, computer, library, radio/MP3 player, video game player, & I guess that means for me it has replaced the watch too. It won't be long we will pack around a do-it-all box & won't need anything but that.
A watch is just part of getting dressed to me...like strapping on my gun & holster. A turn of the wrist and I got the time...old school I guess ! If & when there is ever an EMP...you guys are gonna be timeless...
Timex, takes a licking and keeps on ticking. I got it in 1980, still doing it's thing. It's a wind up for all you younguns.
I don't wear one. I have metal allergy so my wrist breaks out if I do. I don't carry any sort of time piece. Phone included.
I own a Citizen Eco~driven that I wear when I'm out to lunch/dinner/bars with friends.. I like the fact that I never have to buy a battery.. Just put'it on while I'm getting ready & it'll be charged & ready by the time I walk out the door..
