Thunder .380 flat mag base plate.?.?

I have the Thunder .380 duo-tone, and I was curious if there was a "flat base" replacement for the mag. I like the finger extension for range shooting, but it really gets annoying for concealed carry.

This is one of my favorite carry guns in my group, but that finger extension really sticks out there under a shirt. My concealed carry holster is an Uncle Mike's Law Enforcement, and even with a low profile holster as this one, the finger extension really stands out.

Just get a mag for a bt380cc. They are interchangeable, as I found when I was comparing the two before I bought my bt380dt.

Are you sure? On the Bersa website it states this under the CC mag

***Works For Concealed Carry Model ONLY***
Factory says not to interchange . They fit and some work fine and other times they don't work . Many tried this when CC first came out . One I have works but I still only use at range.

I have learned after years of carry people pay no mind to you. They don't walk around say that a gun or that a phone . They just don't look People are in their own little world . That why so many are sheep.
So, there's no option for a flat base mag on the standard Thunder .380 series at all? It's really surprising if there isn't.
No, not sure. I was at the LGS looking thru the different pistols and was trying to narrow it down between the CC version of the DT model. Wonder what the difference is, out of curiosity.
I just now swapped the flat base plate from my Kel Tec PF9 onto my wife's BT380 mag. As I expected it was a good fit, you would need to open up the round hole so the pin on the BT380 mag plunger goes in, however. I don't like the flat plates, my hands are just a bit too big.
I tried the modified mag in the BT380, too. It fits fine...
If you can't find any where you are, PM me and I'll mail a flat PF9 plate (I have 2) to you.
They do make a flat base plate for it
I bought a couple off Ebay a couple years ago, but I don't see them now

I'm interested in how that plate looks on the mag and with the mag in the gun. Can you post a pic or 2?
Sorry about the poor I-Phone photos, I hope this helps a little... the 2nd photo shows the PF9 base plate on the Bersa mag and in the BT380DTCT. I think it looks fine. Also, I was in error about the hole in the flat PF9 base plate needing to be enlarged. It fit just fine this time.
The photo of my PF9 was taken with my teenage daughter's digital Kodak, it shows the Pearce mag extensions that I modified to fit from a Kahr PM9... I love them! My hands are just too big for the flat PF9 base plates. I don't have the P32 any more, I miss it! I may be able to get my daughter's Kodak and take better pics of the Bersa mag/PF9 base plate...
