Silly question on the 380 PLUS

How come the 380 PLUS handles a 15 round magazine ? Also , why couldn't a regular Bersa Thunder handle that same magazine ? Is it the way it locks? Length of grip ?

Please forgive the newbie question but just curios

The Bersa 380 plus uses a double-stack magazine whereas the standard Bersa uses a single-stack magazine. :)

I just found that out from Bersa too...LOL

Newbie question I guess...kind of wish I had done a days more research and could have bought the PLUS. Well, still enjoying and it wont be my only handgun. REALLY looking at the CZ P09..but that's a topic for another forum...LOL
