Royce, thanks for the reply. I'll hold off for a bit and clean and break it in before making any changes, but good to know you've "got my six". I've replaced grips on a Ruger Mk-II and a Colt 1911 and they made such a wonderful difference (as well as preserving the original walnut grips).

Yup, I did. Curious, though as I might be, if the BT22 grips fit the BT380. I guess the wizards on this forum will have an answer.

Yes the grips are the same for the T22 and the T380 models, noy the Plus or CC versions.

C. Royce, thanks for the info! Once I muster up the time and inclination and do a thorough initial cleaning and test firing, I'll be ordering one from you (probably in FDE). I am a bit cautious as I read of some folks having problems/challenges replacing the grips as the screws/grips help hold in some of the inner workings/hidden mechanisms in place.

As a separate "question", I assume the BT380 I got (advertised as 8+1) will take the same mags as my old BT380 Combat model (also 8+1) - which also handles the DLX 9+1 mags and the CC 8+1 mags.

You keep mentioning FDE? We do not have any grips in FDE for the T380. Do you mean the O.D. Green?

Yes, I guess: the same color the BT380 Combat came in years ago. Many described it as "Flat Dark Earth - FDE". Would like something that mimics the BT380 Combat so I can tell the difference between my .380s and my BT22.

I'm keeping these postings here to share with other BT380 owners, and I thank you for keeping it here.

The T380 Combat has always had the O.D. Green Rubber Wrap-Around style Grips with the single stack version having finger grooves and the Plus version having a standard checkered pattern on the front strap rubber portion.

We have them if you decide you want them. Let us know, always glad to help.

C. Royce, that is what I am interested in - single stack. I guess it is just different terminology. I'll keep in touch!
