I have an old rig from a European gun that is similar in size to the Thunder. The holster is not the greatest thing with a full flap and the gun is fullu covered. It is an old police or military rig. The BT fit it, but i never carried it cause it is too slow to draw with the full flap. Also have to wear something over it for CC purposes, unless that is not an issue. Guess it woudd be easier to access the gun in a car that way.

I have another rig for a J frame S&W that lets the gun hang free and is spring loaded. You just grab the butt of the gun and pop it out. Guess something like that might work better.

I have a Galco Classic Lite that I originally bought for a Keltec PF9 that I once owned. This shoulder rig is pretty nice for smaller, lighter guns like your BT380. I would have to say that it takes some getting used to. . . . the shifting, the tugging, the added weight on your upper shoulders. I reworked it to fit my Taurus PT709 Slim and I use it occasionally but, it's not my favorite mode of carry. As for access in the car, I have found that the holstered gun finds its' way towards the seat back and almost out of reach. May have to do with the angle of my seat, though? I would definitely consider this model if your serious about shoulder carry.
