Wr were just on the edge of the eye walln The eye was about 40 miles across and made landfall 30 miles S.E. of here near Port Mamsfield, Tx. Being 22 miles from the barrier island, wind speeds here were in the 60-70 mph range. Only limbs down and powr out for about 12 hours. Only got 4'' rain wth the storm and a few more since then. We are currently under a flash flood watch

Some cities in the Rio Grande Valley have flooding friom 8 to 16'' of rain during the storm and more since if dissapated.

Corpus Christi mostly had damage to bayfront areas, piers, trees, and boats at the marina. There was some flooding in low lying areas.
