For IWB I have the UBGHolsters.com Striker model. I liked it so much for my BT380 I got another one for my UC 45 Pro.
I prefer to wear my holsters at the 3:00 position, and the Striker model is very comfortable with the BT380 and I can wear it all day.
The Striker model uses strong metal clips that go over your belt. If you prefer the kind with leather snap loops, the Canute is the identical model but with snap loops instead of clips. It doesn't look like it from his choice of pics, but I have confirmed it with Nate via e-mails.
For OWB, I own one of his Bonneville high-ride pancake holsters for my Glock 26. Great holster for the Glock, and I assume it would be a great OWB for the BT 380 as well. Rides very high and flat.
I've also got one of his gun belts. Looks good and works great for carrying IWB, OWB, or pocket. Good double-thick leather but looks like a dress belt (except for being 1.5" wide).
So yeah, I highly recommend him. Prices aren't cheap, but compare to Galco or some of the other custom holster makers and you'll see that he's a better bargain than most.
