I recently run across a sale on this little safe for under $20 with acoupon. Now I know you usually get what you pay for and did not expect this tobe too impressive, but I have been surprised by this. It seems to everything it advertises. I programed my own digital code into it andbolted behind the little doors over the headboard of our bed out of sight tokeep my pistol & extra mags locked in it whenever I’m not wearing it;mainly to keep kids and honest people honest. A good thief with some heavy pry bars may be able to gain access, but itis going to be more trouble than if the gun was just lying on the shelf like it used to be. I went back the next day and bought a secondone and now have two of these for a little safes for a little over $40 after taxes (government willalways get their cut), but I still haven’t installed the second one anywhereyet; maybe in my truck or shop.

Those small safes do serve a purpose...I have a similar one attached to my Jeep's interior.

I was just down at Harbor Freight a week ago, didn't see any like that, though there were other models. That's a great price! Might have to go down again (25 miles away)
