It could possibly be ready by mid-2013. We are really concentrating on perfecting the manufacturing process of the 9mm before introducing the other calibers we have in the works.

Thanks for the info on the .40. Eagle told me that its awaiting ATF approval, but I had a feeling that it would be sometime around summer or fall of 2013, as you mentioned.
