Hello all, I do hydrographics on firearms, deer heads basically anything you can think of i'm not here to promote my company but looking for some help with the removal of the trigger on a Bersa TPR9C that I am about to do.
I see there's a small hex type head and just above the trigger is a small what appears to be pin i'm not sure if I need to remove both of those or just the small pin if anyone has any insight please let me know?

You can't remove the trigger pin w/o removing the drawbar first (assuming the TPR9c is comparable to the FireStorm Mini 40). The drawbar blocks the other side of the trigger pin.

The hex nut thingie is the Internal Locking System (ILS). It does not have to come out to remove the trigger, but it's a lot easier (based on my very limited experience) to reinstall the trigger with the ILS removed, because the leg of the trigger spring needs to rest on the bottom of the frame, and the ILS goes over the leg. Be VERY careful removing the ILS... there's a detent and spring buried in there (facing toward the rear of the frame).

Good luck! Loading tension on the trigger spring when reinstalling proved to be a very frustrating experience (at least for me). Oh, also, when you're removing the drawbar... the rear leg of the trigger pin sits in a notch in the drawbar shaft. You gotta pull the spring leg toward the front of the frame, out of the notch, before you can move the drawbar laterally.

If anything I've said is incorrect, I hope Mr. Honeycutt will step in and correct me. He's the guy you really want to be talking to! I'm just a rank amateur wannabe. :sneaky:

I've already been in contact with this individual on FaceBook. Bullwinkle, you have a few things incorrect, but if you need them clarified, I'd be happy to help you sometime.
