Has anyone tried Buffalo Bore 380 Auto +P Ammo - 90 gr. Jacketed Hollow Point 1200fps M.E. 288 ft. lbs?
Will the blowback design handle the pressures safely?

Yes, the book says +P is OK to shoot so I got some BB 100gr hard cast lead FN and some 95gr JHP and they ran fine. Gun jumped and bucked like a dog shot with BB's  but it shot well.

I wouldn't use nor suggest a steady diet of +P ammo but I plan to keep one mag full for CC purposes if I ever need to conceal this pistol.
Across the wide spread Bersa community you'll find that most will say that they are an excellent round. I got the initial advice not to use them as the guns only diet, but for separate SD mag. I did not have any luck with them, but attribute it to the gun not being fully broken in and operator error. After the last review and testing that I've seen on them, considering trying them again.
Thanks for the advice. I will try and see how the perform.
Yes, in fact the Buffalo Bore +P is the only load that has been 100% reliable in our Thunder 380 and 380CC. Yes, you can feel it in your palm, but my wife shot a full magazine without any complaint.
That's the exact ammo I carry in my Thunder. I've shot about 40 rounds of it without issue. I use standard pressure ball ammo at the range for the most part but I shoot a range of the Buffalo Bore through every now and then. Never had any issues and the gun shows no abnormal wear.
