Very interesting comparison when shooting recently. I have my BT 380 and a new Glock 19 Gen 4. On the GLOCK, sight picture seems to be 3 dots aligned with the target spot at the top tip of the blade (sights are at 6 o'clock of the target).

If I do that with the Bersa, the shots are way low. Appears that the Bersa likes the target to be completely obscured by the front blade...maybe even a hair high..

So switching from one to the other for target shooting takes adjustment.

For center mass, no worries on either...LOL

Yeah mine would irritate me after shooting my m&p pistols. With those ya line up the tops of the sights and the bullet hits where the dot is. On my bersa if you line up the tops the front dot will be obscured by the rear sight. I wound up just lining up the dots and that seems to work ok at least for me.
