Bersa cc extractor

When I manualy rack the slide to eject a live round the round sometimes stays in the chamber or falls out but does not come flying out the ejection port. Is this common on a blowback pistol?

Is this a double post? Anyway, its not a common problem. Have you been releasing the slide with the lever?
